writing note 2

You were on vacation; I was home. There was this overwhelming urge to hear your voice — a need, almost as important as breathing. The moment I heard your voice, my heart began racing like mad. Butterflies were spreading their wings in my stomach. I missed you; I wasn’t aware of how true this was until you were in my ear. Silly non-sense was spoken, and your laughter covered me with a thin layer of serenity. Everything inside me was longing to be close to you. I was yours. All yours. That was the night I truly fell in love with you. Deeply. Madly. You were on vacation; I was home. Kilometres apart, yet closer than we had ever been before. ❤
